Returns
Our returns policy is 14 days. 
Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Should you wish to return your product, please email us at info@sdress.com. We will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

We offer free returns just UK clients.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within two working days. The credit will show on your account depending on your credit card company or your bank. Please check with them as processing times can vary.
