Ordering and Payment

SDress offers Free Delivery in UK. Your order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

All payments may be made by any of the credit, debit or charge cards listed on the Website. The prices quoted on the Website and all transactions are in GBP sterling. As the purchaser, you will be liable for any exchange rate charges your card provider may apply for conversion to other currencies. Overseas orders may be subject to local Import duties and Taxes for which you, as the purchaser, will be liable. S-Range Limited reserves the right to adjust prices on the website without prior notice.

All card payments are handled exclusively by Paypal via a secure server. We do not store credit card details nor do we share your personal, credit or debit card details with any third party.

Returns Policy

We are proud of the quality of our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, clean, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

All items must be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. SDress offers Free Returns in UK.

Exchanges for a different size, style or colour are based on stock availability.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items in transit and we therefore recommend that you send your returned items well protected via ‘signed for’ or special delivery services. We cannot accept claims of items being lost in the post without a proof of posting.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • 1. Any item that is not returned within 14 days of receipt, any item that is damaged or has been used, soiled, worn or washed, has missing parts, the label has been removed or is not in its original condition (unless originally acknowledged as having arrived faulty).
  • 2. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

Please note that all refunds will be credited back to the original means of payment.

Orders can be cancelled any time before your order has been dispatched. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is being dispatched.

There may be colour variations in goods as viewed on the Website and their actual colours, Whilst the colour reproduction of the goods on the Website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour of goods as they appear on the Website caused by the browser software, screen or computer system used to view the goods.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be automatically returned to the purchaser and will only be re-sent at the purchaser’s expense. Orders that are abandoned by the recipient for whatever reason will not be returned to the recipient and will only be re-sent at the recipient’s expense.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that any items are lost or damaged in transit please retain the items that are damaged and contact us immediately by email to We reserve the right to investigate the claim before replacing or refunding.


After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. Refunds will be dealt with within 7 business days of us receiving your return. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends entirely on the bank and card issuer and we have no influence over this.


In the rare case of a complaint, please e-mail quoting your order number and contact details.
